Yoga + Yoni Steams

This event is exclusive for women. We will start this evening with an accessible hip-opening yoga class, followed by a yoni, or most sacred spot steam, and guided meditation. Attendees will rediscover their relationship with their sacred center and be refilled with the warmth and love of the divine Goddess. 

• PLEASE NOTE contraindications for yoni steam include active menses or pregnancy. 
• You will need to bring: Your yoga mat, a blanket, any yoga tools including block, or strap to make yourself comfortable, warm socks, a long loose skirt or a flat sheet,  a vessel for water, and a towel. 

All herbs, flowers, candles, and tea will be provided.
