Simply B Yoga

Yoga has the power to transform your physical and mental health. Yoga is medicine.

I am here to be of service to others. My intention is to offer sthira (stability) and sukha (ease). Breath, movement and meditation bring us closer to both. Yoga is more than a practice that happens on the mat, but a practice that serves as a backpack of tools for all situations and challenges you stumble upon off of your mat. Yoga has moved me through tumultuous times, helping me to understand the true essence of equanimity. I hope you will join me on your mat. 

I received my 200-hour yoga certification from Corepower Yoga in Spring of 2014, received private training and mentorship from Dakini Ma Jaeger Fall 2018- Winter 2019, and completed Tina Porter's Transcend 300-hour training in June 2020. I have shared my expertise with a wide variety of communities, and hope to continue to share this gift with you.
